About Margarita

What makes an evening work for me? Curiosity, a little humour, and enough space for the conversation to wander. Good food, a well-set table, and an interesting exchange are simple pleasures I take seriously. I like getting ready with a sense of occasion, but never to the point where it feels like work. I’m happy to organise the details and let the human part take over. I like the moment a sensible evening develops a better idea. I feel most comfortable when the energy is warm, the conversation is mutual, and nobody is rushing. The rest is simple: good energy, mutual respect, and a reason to stay for one more conversation. I tend to notice the best corner of a room before I notice where everyone else has sat down.
