I appreciate confidence that knows how to soften and curiosity that does not feel like an interrogation. I enjoy stories with a sense of place and the questions that open a whole evening. I tend to remember the small details people mention and return to them when the timing feels right. I like a rough direction, a few good options, and room for a story to appear. I’m drawn to encounters that feel considered without becoming constructed, with enough grace for something genuine to appear. I can make a simple decision sound like a discussion, mostly because I enjoy the discussion. I like leaving some room around the plan.
