I’m not the loudest person in every room, but I usually notice more than I say at first. I enjoy my own rhythm and I’m drawn to people who have one of their own. I enjoy a thoughtful subject, especially when it still leaves room for humour. I pay attention to presentation without making it a performance; comfort and character matter more than perfection. I like having something to work towards, while remembering that pleasure belongs in a good life too. I like meetings that feel attentive without becoming intense, with space for both people to settle in.
