I’m warm, curious, and usually easy to be around; I like when conversation feels natural from the beginning. I listen properly and like people to feel at ease around me. I enjoy a little teasing and the relief of not taking every sentence seriously. I can make a simple decision sound like a discussion, mostly because I enjoy the discussion. I like places with texture; perfection is less interesting than a little character. I like a loose outline and room for an idea to change the mood. For me, comfort comes from good manners, a little laughter, and an evening that can take care of itself.
