About Marina

I should probably admit that I can turn choosing a restaurant into a small research project, then change my mind. I like the moment an ordinary evening develops an entirely different idea. The best atmosphere lets a pause feel natural and a change of subject feel welcome. The best experiences have a little planning behind them and very little pressure attached. I enjoy being out in the world, although the person beside me still matters most. I like clear arrangements and an uncomplicated attitude when something changes. Ultimately, I’m looking for ease, interest, and the feeling that the evening was time well spent. I can make a simple decision sound like a discussion, mostly because I enjoy the discussion. Good timing usually matters more than decoration. A little character goes a long way with me. I notice when a place feels personally chosen.
