I like the kind of trip where the best part is often the unplanned hour between the obvious places. I enjoy a touch of ceremony, the right light, and the confidence to make an evening feel special. I like meetings that feel attentive without becoming intense, with space for both people to settle in. I like places with texture. perfection is less interesting than a little character. A playful side appears when the company is good and the conversation stops behaving itself. I’m drawn to plans with a point of view, but curiosity can always send us elsewhere.
