I’d describe myself as thoughtful, quietly adventurous, and more playful than my first impression suggests. I notice colour, texture, and the way someone carries an idea as much as an outfit. I’m comfortable with my own company, so sharing an evening feels like a choice. The best atmosphere lets a pause feel natural and a change of subject feel welcome. I like knowing where an evening begins, then leaving space for the best part to happen by accident. I like the first decision to be made and the next few to stay negotiable. I can be a little particular about coffee, lighting, and comfortable chairs. Ultimately, I’m looking for ease, interest, and the feeling that the evening was time well spent. The atmosphere should support the people in it. The atmosphere should support the people in it. That sort of ease is hard to fake.
