I know what I like: good manners, a sense of humour, and an evening that does not need to be rushed. I enjoy stories with a sense of place and the questions that open a whole evening. I pay attention to presentation without making it a performance; comfort and character matter more than perfection. I like a rough direction, a few good options, and room for a story to appear.
