There is no big performance here; I value warmth, presence, and an easy exchange. There is something lovely about an evening with music, conversation, and no pressure to keep moving. I prefer plans that feel comfortable and considered, without turning into a production. I’m happiest when a sensible plan leaves room for a better impulse. I like questions that open a door rather than close a subject.
