My favourite evenings begin without a rush: something good to eat, a little music, and a conversation with its own rhythm. I do not give everything away at once, but I’m never difficult to find in a real conversation. I notice style, but I’m more interested in the ease and confidence that make it personal. I like evenings that leave room for side stories, teasing, and friendly mischief. I prefer chemistry that is felt rather than announced. I have a soft spot for places that make people stay longer than planned. I like a little structure, mostly so there is something to abandon for a better idea.
