I like the kind of trip where the best part is often the unplanned hour between the obvious places. I like a well-chosen table, a gallery, or a new corner of town with more to discover. I like quick humour and the kind of laughter that arrives before anyone has planned it. People often relax around me because I do not hurry to fill every silence.
