I can be composed in a busy room and completely spontaneous five minutes later. I bring a gentle energy, though I’m not as delicate as I may seem at first. I’m attentive without making a ceremony of it. An evening feels best when there is warmth around the table and enough variety to keep it moving. A good plan gives the evening momentum; the people decide where it goes next. I enjoy a clean detail, a considered colour, and the ease that keeps everything from looking forced. I like meetings that feel attentive without becoming intense, with space for both people to settle in.
