If we meet, bring your real conversation; I’m much more interested in that than a perfect performance. I like quick humour and the kind of laughter that arrives before anyone has planned it. I pay attention to presentation without making it a performance; comfort and character matter more than perfection. I’m drawn to art, music, unusual ideas, and people with a point of view. I listen carefully, think before I speak, and still leave room for a good impulse. I’m usually calm, although I have opinions about badly timed interruptions.
