Hello, I’m warm and curious, with a soft spot for good conversation and evenings that find their own pace. I like getting ready with a sense of occasion, but never to the point where it feels like work. The best stories are rarely the most polished; I like the details that make them lived in. I enjoy a little style in the surroundings and in the conversation; neither needs to be loud. I enjoy a little teasing and the relief of not taking every sentence seriously. For me, comfort comes from good manners, a little laughter, and an evening that can take care of itself. I like a rough direction, a few good options, and room for a story to appear. I like the kind of evening that leaves no grand conclusion, only the sense that something worth keeping has begun. A little character goes a long way with me.
