There is something about a slow evening and an unforced conversation that brings out the best in me. I like a little life around me and conversations that keep moving naturally. I’m curious about ideas, but I like them best when they connect back to real life. There is something lovely about an evening with music, conversation, and no pressure to keep moving. I tend to notice the best corner of a room before I notice where everyone else has sat down. I’m happy when the details are settled and the evening can be enjoyed properly. A relaxed tone makes room for charm, honesty, and the parts of a person that do not arrive on cue. I’m drawn to encounters that feel considered without becoming constructed, with enough grace for something genuine to appear. Good timing usually matters more than decoration.
