I take playlists slightly more seriously than the situation probably requires, which is one of my harmless habits. Good food, a well-set table, and an interesting exchange are simple pleasures I take seriously. I do not need a room to notice me; a good exchange is usually enough. I tend to remember the small details people mention and return to them when the timing feels right. I’m happy to organise the details and let the human part take over. The best conversation rarely follows a perfect outline. The best atmosphere lets a pause feel natural and a change of subject feel welcome.
