I enjoy a considered look and a relaxed manner, especially when neither one does all the talking. I notice light, texture, music, and the small care behind a choice. I’m happiest when a sensible plan leaves room for a better impulse. I’m comfortable with my own company, so sharing an evening feels like a choice. The best atmosphere lets a pause feel natural and a change of subject feel welcome. A little planning creates the right frame; the atmosphere still needs room to breathe.
