Give me an unhurried table, a cold drink, and someone who knows how to enjoy the moment. I prefer kindness with a little strength behind it. I enjoy people who can move from a serious subject to a ridiculous one without losing the thread. I like rituals, but I also enjoy breaking one for a good reason. What matters most is the atmosphere we create together: attentive, unhurried, and quietly alive. I like structure when it creates freedom, not when it turns an evening into a checklist. For me, comfort comes from good manners, a little laughter, and an evening that can take care of itself. I like a little structure, mostly so there is something to abandon for a better idea. I notice when a place feels personally chosen.
